With 15 years of C-Suite leadership Scott has a track record of breathing new life into businesses & brands and unlocking new opportunities across a range of industries. He has led large businesses & teams with full P&L accountability for a $2B business through to leading a start-up breaking new ground. He has succeeded in regional & country operating roles and global strategic roles, living in Toronto, Calgary and Denver along the way.
People leadership is a core focus of Scott's and he takes great pride in mentoring future leaders, striving every day to lead with the values we look for in a team – integrity, empathy and resilience.
